  Summary

A woman has been murdered and the two people that were present when the crime was commited tell their version of the story. One is Kerry Myers (S. Lang), husband of the victim. The other is William Fontanille (Mart), old friend of the family. Both stories sound plausible enough and when it comes to a trial both suspects accuse each other which results in a hung jury. The case has to be re-opened and this time prosecutor John Thorn (T. Busfield) tries everything to discover the truth. Finally he comes to the conclusion that both men have acted together and in a real court room drama he tries to convince the jury of his conspiracy theory.
